Markus Fink is the third generation of his family to run the traditional Winklerhof wine tavern. He is very happy to continue what his grandfather started and, just like his father Toni, wants to produce as many of his own products as possible on the farm. Markus would like to pay particular attention to winemaking in the future. Although his father Anton is already retired, he still helps out in the Buschenschank as well as with the stable and field work. His latest hobby is growing grain. The old combine harvester has been knocked back into shape, and now the rye and wheat for the home-made bread comes exclusively from his own fields. His wife Luise is the boss in the kitchen and conjures up the traditional dishes. In the little free time she has, she pursues her hobby of painting. Guests at the Buschenschank can enjoy her works, which are displayed both in the parlours and in the corridor.
