Reinhard Kaserer is the farmer at Niedermair. His training as a butcher comes in very handy on the farm: he skilfully prepares the farm's own meat for the farm 'Hofschank'. Apart from that, he takes care of all the farming and helps his mother in the kitchen. His wife Daniela makes the delicious home-made juices and is mainly involved in service at the farm 'Hofschank'. Senior farmer Ernst Kaserer helps his son with the farming. He takes the orders at the 'Hofschank' and brings the home-made dishes to guests' tables. His wife Annemarie is the boss in the kitchen and garden.
