Farmer Sepp Fieg opened the 'Buschenschank' together with his wife Hanni in 2005. His passion lies in winemaking and the creation of various sausage specialities. He is very popular with guests at the 'Buschenschank' and is happy to take the time for a cosy chat. His wife Hanni and her two daughters Manuela and Franziska also love the direct contact with the guests and look after the service. In the meantime, daughter Martina has taken the lead in the kitchen. She often decides spontaneously what to put on the menu, depending on what is being harvested on the farm.
