Farmer Andreas Tauferer studied oenology in Weinsberg in Baden-Württemberg and skilfully applies his acquired knowledge in the wine cellar. Andreas is not only a winemaker and cellar master, but also a passionate Grauvieh breeder. As a result, guests at the Ebnicherhof are also served delicious meat dishes from the farm's own production to accompany the wine. His wife Elisabeth is a trained shop assistant, but over the years has discovered her gift for cooking. She is the boss in the kitchen, but also looks after the garden, the vegetable patch and the many berries. Senior farmer Burgi Tauferer also helps out in the kitchen and in the vineyard. Senior farmer Franz mainly does the stable work. The farmers' young daughter Franziska is also making a valuable contribution. She diligently looks after the dog, ducks and chickens.
