Farmer Matthias and his wife Evi took over the traditional guest farm at the Rielingerhof from his parents in 2017. Matthias works in the winery and wine cellar and looks after the pigs and the Grauvieh cattle that live on the farm. In the 'Buschenschank', the sociable young farmer looks after the wellbeing of the guests and brings food and drink to the table. His wife Evi is a trained dietician and has learnt the art of cooking in various catering establishments. In addition to the kitchen, the vegetable, fruit and herb garden is her realm. The senior farmers are also still very much involved at the Rielingerhof: Heinrich Messner helps with the service and actively assists his son with the farming. His wife Notburga is also still very active serving in the 'Buschenschank'.
