Federico and Annemarie Vallazza opened the Lüch de Survisc Hofschank together in 2002. Today, their son Manfred runs the farm and the Hofschank. His younger brother Merch is at his side. He takes care of all the farming and supplies the Hofschank with sufficient beef, milk, eggs and vegetables. Mum Annemarie is the boss in the kitchen. Guests appreciate the simple and typical farmhouse fare, especially the dumplings and 'Schlutzer' ravioli. Daughter Monika also works in the Hofschank. She serves the guests and helps her mum in the kitchen when needed.
