Under expert supervision, this ‘white gold’ is transformed into products such as butter, natural yoghurt and curd cheese, as well as fresh, semi-hard or soft cheeses, which guarantee a taste sensation as well as a positive effect on the performance of the human body. In addition to cow’s milk, goat’s and sheep’s milk are also processed using traditional recipes under the trademark ‘Roter Hahn’. Only natural cheese cultures are used.
