The farm

The farm is located above St. Kassian in Val Badia/Gadertal at 1,535 m above sea level. The silage-free milk has been processed into cheese and yoghurt since 2001. The animals produce high-quality milk which is proven to be rich in omega-3 fatty acids and forms the basis for good and healthy dairy products. The cows can move freely in their stalls and enjoy the herb-rich fodder from the Alpine meadows of the Dolomites.

The cows living on the farm provide high-quality, silage-free milk that is proven to be rich in omega-3 fatty acids. A high milk quality is achieved through the herb-rich feed from the alpine meadows of the Dolomites and the lots of exercise in the freestall barn. This is the essential basis for good and healthy dairy products.

The chickens love the conservatory

Processing

The farm's own milk is processed in the cheese dairy into fresh yoghurt as well as cream, soft and semi-hard cheese. A special hard cheese is also produced, which matures in the cellar for between 12 and 16 months.
