There is hardly a farm that does not have an elderberry bush nearby. This wonderful cordial is made from the flowers.

Instructions - Elderflower cordial

Step

Heat water and sugar, then leave to cool.

Step

Leave elderflower blossom, lemon slices and fruit vinegar to steep for 3 days.

Step

Finally, fill up bottles.
