Cider Hugo

Here is a version of the aperitif "Hugo" with cider made from South Tyrolean apples, combined with elderflower juice and mint. Wonderfully refreshing!

    ice cubes
  • 130 ml
    cider
  • 30 ml
    elderflower cordial
  • 80 ml
    sparkling water
  • 1
    a thin slice of lemon
  • fresh garden mint

Instructions - Cider Hugo

    Step
    Put the ice cubes in a nice big wine glass.

    Add the cider, elderflower cordial, sparkling water, lemon slice and mint and give everything a quick stir and that’s it!
