Innovation and tradition are very important at Griesserhof. Paul Huber is the driving force behind Griesserhof and has continuously developed the farm over the last few years. Be it the wine cellar, farm shop or 'Buschenschank', the old is skilfully combined with the new everywhere you look. Together with his partner Daniela, he runs the business with passion and dedication. Wine production at Griesserhof is more than just a business for him - it is a declaration of love to nature and the rich history of the farm. Each bottle tells its own story, characterised by the different vineyards (Gols, Gall, Rigger) on the estate and the painstaking manual work that goes into the production of every drop. In addition to the wine production, visitors will be spoilt with refined and lovingly prepared traditional South Tyrolean dishes. Grandma Paula herself still conjures up original South Tyrolean cuisine.
