The farm
The Untertreidnerhof is a closed farm and has been owned by the Mair family since 1856. The farm is at 1,350 m above sea level in the sunniest village in South Tyrol. With a unique view of the Dolomite mountain range. Quiet location and wonderful natural landscape for a holiday in the mountains.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Bolzano: Bozen Nord exit, towards Bolzano city center to the Ritten junction, approx. 18 km to Klobenstein, turn left at the roundabout and follow the Oberinn sign for about 6 km to the "Untertreidnerhof" road sign before the village of Oberinn.
The train station in Bolzano is served by DB & ÖBB. Before the train station turn right two minutes walk to the bus station to bus 165 which departs every hour and at 32 minutes past every hour. After half an hour's drive you will reach the Klobenstein/Kaiserau bus station. There you have the connecting journey with the bus 167 in front of Oberinn to the "Lahnbauer" stop, then it is a 10-minute walk across the meadow to the Untertreidnerhof.
