The farm
The Gummererhof is located high above the Brixen valley basin, nestled in chestnut groves and vineyards. In autumn, when the days are getting shorter and cooler, people "hang out" in the two rooms: the day ends with delicious farmer's dishes and a glass of "Nuien". A special attraction at the Gummererhof is the in-house sparkling wine, which is made from the autochthonous South Tyrolean ancient grape "Blatterle".
Nature lovers in particular love to spend their well-deserved vacation with us. Many walks start right on our doorstep and by car or bus you can admire breathtaking panoramas or visit culturally rich cities in just a few minutes. You won't do without anything that you need for everyday comfort and you will find the relaxation you're looking for.
