The Gummererhof is located high above the Brixen valley basin, nestled in chestnut groves and vineyards. In autumn, when the days are getting shorter and cooler, people "hang out" in the two rooms: the day ends with delicious farmer's dishes and a glass of "Nuien". A special attraction at the Gummererhof is the in-house sparkling wine, which is made from the autochthonous South Tyrolean ancient grape "Blatterle".
