The farm
We are fruit growers with all our hearts! Would you like an apple sample? The apple varieties Gala, Golden Fuji and Stark Delicious, Jello and Envy ripen on our farm. You can find out for yourself which is the tastiest variety! But not only apples thrive in our garden, you can also discover various berries and other types of fruit as well as vegetables and fresh herbs here. Our bees provide us with honey.
Another highlight at our Untersteiner Hof in Brixen is the oven. Homemade bread, freshly baked rolls and pizza are a real treat here! You will taste and enjoy the passion of South Tyrol. Our family of five always gets things going - we take care of our guests with passion. You will see: During your holiday on the farm you are also a part of our traditional farm life.

Location & arrival
Arrival
To make it easier for you to find us, I will briefly describe the route to you. You will arrive from the Brenner via the motorway and leave it at the Brixen Süd exit. You will come straight to the first roundabout and take the second exit in the direction of Albeins. At the next roundabout, drive in the direction of Albeins again, then over the white suspension bridge straight into the village of Albeins. In the village, take the first street on the right (first sign to Untersteinerhof), stay on the street, pass the Pizzeria Hofkeller and turn right after 50 m (second sign). Then always stay on the paved road between the stone walls, under the railway, straight to our farm.
