The farm
Our mountain farm is at 1360 m above sea level, at the end of the Villnöss valley, and offers a wonderful view of the Geisler peaks.
The farm is in a very beautiful and quiet location. Here you can experience nature, away from the hustle and bustle of town, enjoy the sun and the fresh mountain air and simply chill out! Your farm for a relaxing stay amidst the breathtaking natural landscape of the South Tyrolean Dolomites.
The Unterkantiolerhof is the ideal starting point for countless leisure activities and beautiful hikes on the Villnösser Almen pastures, in winter and summer. In the immediate vicinity there is a small ski area, the toboggan runs on the Villnösser Alm pastures and a cross-country ski run. A great adventure high rope course lies just 10 minutes away from Unterkantiolerhof.

Arrival
Take the Klausen exit on the A22 Brenner motorway and follow the signs towards Brixen. After approx. 1 km turn right into Villnössertal valley. Follow the road to St. Magdalena, stay on the main road in the direction of Zanser Alm, drive over the bridge to the signage for Unterkantiolerhof and turn right there.
