The farm
Karin, Julian and greyhound Berkie run Schnitzbichlhof farm. First we took over the farm, then the farmhouse from Karin's father Karl. We actually had jobs at a bank and in the hospital, but we prefer working outdoors. And so, together with Biquadra architect studio, we set up the holiday flats, a pool and a great farm shop. We kept the 80s retro vibe though. Why? Because 'everything brand new' is boring and tradition is tradition. Especially on the farm.
