The farm
The fruit and wine farm Schuster Fredl is located in a quiet location, surrounded by orchards and vineyards. It is recommended as a holiday address for beautiful, relaxing days for two, with the family or with friends and is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and bike tours. In the well-kept, sunny inner courtyard of our house you can really relax and enjoy a good glass of wine in good company, have a barbecue in the garden or enjoy the evening sun in a deck chair. The old building dates from the 17th century and is a listed building, as is the extension from the 18th century, in which the three holiday apartments are located. The farmhouse offers a wonderful panoramic view of Kaltern and the surrounding area.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Take the Bozen Süd exit on the Brenner motorway and drive a few kilometers from there on the MeBo expressway in the direction of Meran. To reach Kaltern, take the first Eppan exit and continue in the direction of Eppan/Kaltern. Arriving in Kaltern, you will come to a roundabout. There you head in the direction of Mitterdorf (second exit Maria-Theresienstraße road) until you reach Rottenburgerplatz with the large car park. Cross this and turn right into Mendelstraße road. Drive along this street until you come to a small square. There you turn into Strengenweg street. Drive about 100 m up the path until you come directly to our house.
