The farm
Sunny, cosy and relaxed and only a few minutes' walk from the historical centre of the wine village of Kaltern. In our spacious and cosy rooms and holiday apartments you can enjoy your holidays in a relaxed manner. We spoil you with apple juice, homemade jam and hen's eggs straight from the nest for breakfast. For the barbecue evenings, the host Robert serves excellent home-made wine from his cellar. A solar-heated outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn, a playground and a car park are at your disposal. In the middle of the green, surrounded by orchards and vineyards, we await you in our family-run accommodation with lots of peace, quiet and warm hospitality.

From Brennner, take the A22 motorway and exit at Bozen Süd. Via the Weinstraße road you reach Kaltern. At the 2nd roundabout, take the first exit onto Maria-Therersien road. Then take the first exit on the right into Prey-Klavenz road. After 100 m you will reach a small parking lot, there you turn into the right side street Gufelweg street. After 400 m you have reached your destination.
From the south, take the A22 motorway and exit at Neumarkt-Auer-Tramin. Via the wine route you reach Kaltern. At the roundabout after the Kaltern winery, take the third exit onto Maria-Therersien road. Then take the first exit on the right into Prey-Klavenz road. After 100 m you will reach a small parking lot, there you turn into the right side street Gufelweg street. After 400 m you have reached your destination.
