The farm
The Ohnewein farm is located on the outskirts of St. Pauls and is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Apples and wine are grown on our farm. While the grapes are mostly delivered to winery cooperatives, we press a unique apple juice from the apples from our mountain farm in the Sarntal at 1000 meters above sea level. We also produce a house wine from Vernatsch grapes, probably the most traditional South Tyrolean wine variety. For breakfast we only serve South Tyrolean products and honey from our own beekeeping. The breakfast eggs also come from our aunt Lene's mountain farm in Avelengo. In addition, there is always seasonal fruit and vegetables from the farm and garden.
