The farm
The Bachwieslhof is located in the middle of the fascinating mountain world of Proveis on the Deutschnonsberg plateau at 1,250 m above sea level. It is a typical mountain farm with cows, calves, chickens, turkeys, rabbits and a cat. A traditional vegetable and herb garden complete the farm.
The farm was part of the Unterbichlhof, which was first mentioned in records in 1431. In 1974, this was divided and the Bachwieslhof was closed in order to build a separate farm building and a residential house.
The farm is located outside the centre of Proveis and right next to the connecting road to Ultental valley and Trentino.
