This colourful stir-fry with pasta is a quick and easy-to-prepare dish for hungry bellies.

  • 200 g
  • seasonal vegetables e.g. spring onions, aubergines, peppers, courgettes and cherry tomatoes; or leeks, broccoli, carrots, fennel and mushrooms.
  • oil
  • garlic
  • salt
  • chilli
  • alpine cheese, grated
  • parsley
  • pepper

Instructions - Mountain pasta with stir-fried vegetables
  • circle-dashed 1.
    Cook the mountain pasta in plenty of salted water for 7 minutes until al dente.

    Fry the vegetables in a hot wok with oil and garlic for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Season with salt, pepper and chilli and sauté a little over a medium heat.

    Add the cooked mountain pasta to the vegetables, garnish with grated mountain cheese and parsley and serve.
