Panna cotta with elderflower

Homemade elderflower syrup can be used not only to make a delicious thirst quencher, but also a refreshing dessert.

  • 1 1/2 Leaf
    gelatine
  • 400 ml
    cream
  • 20 g
    sugar
  • 50 ml
    elderflower cordial
  • 1 Pinch
    salt
  • 1 dspn
    vanilla sugar
  • grated zest and juice of half a lemon

Instructions - Panna cotta with elderflower

    Step
    Soften the gelatine in plenty of cold water.

    Step
    Bring the cream, sugar and elderflower cordial to the boil in a saucepan. Add the squeezed lemon, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon.

    Step
    Leave the mixture to cool, pour into a small mould and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
