Panna cotta with elderflower
Homemade elderflower syrup can be used not only to make a delicious thirst quencher, but also a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Leafgelatine

400 mlcream

20 gsugar
-
50 mlelderflower cordial

1 Pinchsalt

1 dspnvanilla sugar

grated zest and juice of half a lemon
Instructions - Panna cotta with elderflower

StepSoften the gelatine in plenty of cold water. -

StepBring the cream, sugar and elderflower cordial to the boil in a saucepan. Add the squeezed lemon, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon. -
3.
StepLeave the mixture to cool, pour into a small mould and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. -
