Omelette with apricot jam

A quick dessert for young and old made with free range eggs and a fruity filling.

    flour
  • butter for baking
  • 100 ml
    milk
  • 200 g
    apricot jam
  • 1 dspn
    sugar (or without, to taste)
  • icing sugar for dusting
  • 2
    free-range eggs
  • 1 Pinch
    salt

Instructions - Omelette with apricot jam

    Step
    Stir together flour and milk until smooth and then add the sugar, salt and eggs.

    Heat the butter in a pan and pour in some batter. Move the pan about so that the batter is distributed evenly.

    Dust with icing sugar and serve warm.

    Cook the omelettes on both sides, spread with apricot jam and roll up.
