    flour
  • butter for baking
  • To serve:
  • icing sugar for dusting

    cranberry jelly

      Put the eggs, milk and salt into a mixing bowl and beat vigorously with a whisk until fluffy.

      Then add the flour and stir well.

      Heat the butter in a pan, then add the batter and fry at low heat until the bottom is slightly browned.
