Lenkhof farm is situated on Tschögglberg plateau very close to ‘Knottnkino’ viewpoint. The Aichner family puts a lot of effort into running the farm, comprising garden, fields and own cheese dairy. As well as cheese, yoghurt and other dairy products from hay milk, delicious chutneys, spreads and jams are on sale in the farm shop. The chutneys go very well with the home-made cheese.

Knowing where it's from
The cattle at the Lenkhof give the best hay milk. They spend the winter in the barn, while in the autumn they graze on the pastures around the farm. In addition, various vegetables are grown on a piece of field right next to the farm, which thrives magnificently in a sunny location.

Processing
The freshly milked hay milk is processed directly in the farm cheese dairy. The cheese then matures in its own ripening room on wooden boards under the constant supervision and care of farmer Georg.
The Aichner family carefully processes the vegetables from the field into delicious chutneys. For this, the untreated and harvest-ready vegetables are finely pureed and preserved in jars.
