Gerlinde Platter
The Wegerhof is managed with ambition by the Platter family. Everyone helps here! Farmer Sepp does the work with the cattle with his son Hannes. Together they ensure that only the best milk is available for processing. The farm's own cheese dairy is mainly operated by young farmer Hannes. With a lot of expertise, he refines the milk from his own cows into various types of cheese and sells them at the farmer's market, among other places. Farmer's wife Gerlinde is the good soul on the farm, and you will find her helping hand both when working with the animals and when processing. She is also always there to help her son Hannes at the farmer's market. She also loves to spend her time in the garden cultivating herbs and various natural products, which she then incorporates into the farm's own products.
