The Bio-Hof Unterschweig is managed with a lot of passion and in the cycle of nature by the Berger family. Farmer Anna is a real talent when it comes to cheese production and takes care of sales and the farm shop. With a lot of effort, she also looks after the farm and garden, especially herbs are her great hobby. Farmer Alois mainly manages stables and meadows. It is also he who keeps bringing new ideas and projects to life on the farm. Thomas, the youngest of Anna and Alois' four sons, enjoys working as a young farmer on the farm and is a passionate animal lover. The other three sons Gabriel, a full-time electrician, Alexander, a full-time social worker, and Martin, the dairy specialist, also help out on the farm when there is a need.
