At the Unichhof, the flour from their own grain fields is processed into bread. For this purpose, it is ground in the farm's own grain mill just before use. In this way, as many ingredients as possible are preserved. The different types of bread are baked in an oven fired with wood from our own forest and delivered fresh to the customers. In addition to bread, syrups and fruit spreads are also made on the farm. Farmer Robert pays attention to a very gentle processing. For this purpose, the fruits are processed in small batches so that they are exposed to the high temperatures for as short a time as possible. This is how the maximum aroma gets into the glass.
