The 'Partschillerhof' is situated on the sunny side of Völs am Schlern/Fie`allo Sciliar at a height of 650 m, amidst vineyards and orchards. Andreas, the 'Partschillerhof's' organic farmer, is a real expert in fruit processing. Thanks to our expertise, it is not just fruit and herb cordials that get produced on the farm, but fruit jams as well. Placing great importance on natural production methods.

At the Partschillerhof, the various types of berries are grown according to organic guidelines. The approximately 3-hectare berry orchards are located in close proximity to the farmstead at 650 m above sea level.
They are made into jams and cordials
Farmer Andreas knows a thing or two about raspberries, aronia berries, blackcurrants etc.
They owe this to farmer Andreas' many years of experience
They are harvested at the optimal time
Processing
The freshly harvested fruits are immediately processed into jams and syrups at the Partschillerhof. The products are manufactured in small batches in order to preserve the aroma, vitamins and bright color as best as possible. The jam in the small 5 litre pots is quickly at the right temperature and can be filled within a very short time. This means that the fruit is only exposed to a higher temperature for a short time.
Only glass bottles are used
They are heated in large pots
Absolute precision is required here
