The Obermalid farm is located at 900 m a.s.l. All the essential ingredients for the egg pasta produced here can be found directly on the farm, of which Jungbauer Philipp is particularly proud. Here not only spelt is cultivated, but also the very sensitive durum wheat thrives thanks to the sunny location. And the eggs are supplied by the farm’s own free-range chickens. Everything is perfect for preparing the delicious mountain pasta!

For the production of the popular mountain pasta, the farm's own grain, together with the nutrient-rich germ, is ground into wholesome flour in the house mill. Fresh eggs from the chickens living on the farm are added to the flour. From this, the different types of pasta are lovingly handcrafted.
