The farm
Steeped in history, the Kircherhof dates back to the 16th century and has been owned by the Noflatscher family for four generations. A particularly large variety of fruit and vegetables are grown here in organic quality. "We not only supply our guests in the restaurant with these treasures of nature, but also the customers in our farm shop, which is open all year round," explains farmer Verena.

Processing
At the Kircherhof, it's all about top quality, sustainability and valuing the produce. Seasonality is a way of life: elderflower juice is made in spring, harvesting and processing takes place in summer and autumn oversees the stocking up for winter.
