The Hoamisch organic farm is run by farmer Günther and his wife Karin with a great deal of connection to nature. Their two children, Ida and Karl, live with them at the farm. Even as a small boy, Günther was in love with nature and animals. In 1996 he was allowed to join his parents' business, which he converted to an organic farm in 2006. His wife Karin has also been working with him since 2012. Together they try to run the farm in a closed cycle with species-appropriate animal husbandry and biological materials in the house. The elementary school teacher and reform pedagogue takes care of the organization of vegetable cultivation and the processing of pickles as well as office work at the farm. Günther is mainly responsible for the stable, animals, pasture and field. For three years, the employee Henry has been helping in the barn and in the field with a lot of hard work and effort.
