The farm

Häuslerhof farm lies at an altitude of 820 metres on the high sunny apple-growing plateau of Natz-Schabs. In summer and autumn, when the fruit in the farm orchard is ripe, it is picked and carefully processed using the farm facilities. Its full flavour makes apple juice a tasty thirst-quencher, which is sold in the farm shop alongside fruit jams, cordials, wine, honey and sparkling cider.

Knowing where it's from

The raw materials for the juices, syrups, fruit spreads, honey, cider and wine produced on the farm come exclusively from our own farm. The many fruit trees, vines and berry bushes are in sunny locations on the apple high plateau of Raas and are cared for all year round by the Delazer family.

Processing

Immediately after the harvest, the picked apples are washed, chopped up and pressed in the farm's own processing room. A part of the pulp remains after the pressing process. This results in, among other things, a higher proportion of valuable ingredients. Before the juice is bottled, it is gently heated to 78 °C and thus preserved. Part of the juice is refined into delicious cider - a specialty of the house. The freshly harvested apricots, plums and strawberries are processed into fine jams by farmer Karin.
