The berries for the syrups and fruit spreads come from the farm's own fields around Niederdorf. Due to the ideal climate and due to the high content of natural defense substances, the use of pesticides can be completely dispensed with in wild fruit. Mainly sea buckthorn, wild quince and chokeberry are cultivated. But also gooseberries, blackthorn and barberries.
