Knowing where it's from
The berry field is located right on the farm. Different varieties of raspberries, redcurrants and strawberries are grown over around 0.2 hectares. Young farmer Patrick does not use any liquid or leaf fertiliser, but uses the farm's own cow dung once a year. Dandelions and elderflower blossoms are collected from the meadows on the farm.
