The farm
Idyllic Ausser Brugghof lies at 1100 metres altitude in the valley basin of Schnalstal valley. Young farmer Patrick grows all kinds of berries and flowers on the farm and processes these into innovative syrupbs and jams. He works away at his recipes to get a special taste experience. "Our syrups and jams should be a taste experience like freshly picked berries and flowers", he says.

The berry field is located right on the farm. Different varieties of raspberries, redcurrants and strawberries are grown over around 0.2 hectares. Young farmer Patrick does not use any liquid or leaf fertiliser, but uses the farm's own cow dung once a year. Dandelions and elderflower blossoms are collected from the meadows on the farm.
Processing
Only the best quality berries and petals are used for processing. No artificial additives or preservatives are used. Patrick places importance on the high fruit content of 70% and the conservation of the original contents of the berries and petals in the syrups and fruit jams.
