Christian Ainhauser puts his heart and soul into being a winegrower, farm host, fruit grower, vegetable grower, olive grower, chestnut grower, chicken farmer, gardener, wood chopper and entertainer. Meanwhile, his wife holds down the fort in the kitchen. Judith enjoys being a hostess and cook and loves working in the vineyard and garden. She sees the beauty of her job in the fact that it is very varied and she can trace the course of the year in agriculture.
