Andrea Müller is the farmer at the Pirchhof. She is the boss of the farm Hofschank and personally looks after the wellbeing of her guests. Her husband Erich is an enthusiastic goat breeder and produces, among other things, the much sought-after meat for the Hofschank. He also likes to have a chat with the guests if time permits. His son Patrick works the steep farm slopes together with his father. His great passion is everything to do with animal husbandry. He is particularly fond of the Grauvieh breed. He helps out in the farm Hofschank wherever he is needed. His wife Gundi also helps out diligently, both in the kitchen and in service.
