The farm
Huberhof organic farm is one of the oldest and most impressive farms in Völs. The Gostner family has set up a Hofschank in the old walls with the rustic wine press, or 'Torggel', which is steeped in centuries of history. Here, guests can enjoy homemade dishes made mainly from the farm's own produce. For those who prefer to sit outside, there is also a rewarding view of the Schlern massif.
