Farmer Alois Winkler is a trained baker and opened the 'Buschenschank' together with his wife Marianne at the Gostnerhof in 1989. All family members work in the 'Buschenschank', both in the kitchen and in service. Farmer's wife Marianne is the boss in the kitchen, but also looks after the wellbeing of the guests. Farmer Alois helps in the kitchen as well as serving. Son Markus specialises in roasting chestnuts and preparing the popular 'Blattln' with cabbage. He also helps his father with the farming and, if necessary, with serving. At the weekend, daughter Monika also comes along and helps wherever needed.
