The farm
Burgerhof farm features two cosy parlours and a wonderful view of the Brixen valley basin. Up here, great importance has been attached to organic farming for over 40 years. Guests can expect seasonal dishes, delicious organic wines and tender meat from the farm's own suckler cows.

Wine description by experts
The 2023 Solaris has turned out well with a discreet citrus fruit aroma. The 2021 Johanniter has discreet resiny notes in its aroma. A very complex and interesting wine. The 2022 Rosé has a pure-toned fragrance.

Location and hiking tips
Arrival by car
Coming from Bozen, turn off left at fourth roundabout, drive left past the Südtiroler Kinderdorf and turn off right after 'Thalhofer' country house. Follow the road for about 1.5 km until you get to the farm (look out for signs).
Hiking tips
From Vahrn and Pinzagen via the Chestnut Path (both around 1 hour) or from Brixen past the Südtiroler Kinderdorf (around 40 minutes) to Burgerhof farm.
