• breakfast with at least twelve different products.
• at least four of the farm's own products available to buy.
• the farm is located in an area with a reduced pollen count and a shorter and staggered growing season.
• an up-to-date pollen count calendar is available.
• all accommodation is built and furnished to suit allergy sufferers.
• furnishings and building materials are made of natural and untreated materials.
• the bedrooms have wooden floors.
• all interiors are smoke-free zones.
• clean and untreated drinking water with very low hardness.
