The farm
Time has not stood still at the 12th-century Zyprianhof. From the former livestock and forestry we have developed the farm into a contemporary farm holiday business. Apartments in the historic farmhouse and holiday flats in the new climate house combine traditional homely cosiness with modern living comfort. If you like it particularly rustic, you can spend your holiday in our alpine hut. The Zyprianhof is located in the center of Welschnofen, away from traffic, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Latemar and Rosengarten Dolomites. The sunny position offers the opportunity to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and dinner at sunset, on the large terrace in front of the holiday apartment in the climate house, on the loggia of the apartments in the historic farmhouse or in front of the alpine hut under the Rosengarten. Children will find plenty of space to play on the farm and the opportunity to help with the stable and farm work.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the north and south, take the Bozen Nord exit on the A22 Brenner motorway. Turn right towards Eggental valley. After approx. 500 m drive in the roundabout to the tunnel entrance Eggental/Karerpass; after approx. 12 km you will reach Birchabruck, take the turn-off to the left in the direction of Welschnofen. Drive 5 km until you reach Welschnofen. In the town center at the pharmacy, drive around the hairpin bend and turn left into Romstraße road. After 300 m you will come to the church, where you turn right. Drive past the bakery, up the slightly steep Zischgl-weg street and after 200 m you will reach the Zyprian-Hof.
