The farm
The Premstalerhof is located in Oberplanitzing, a district of the municipality of Kaltern am See. The elevated position on a hill is wonderful: in the middle of vineyards and orchards it is quiet and green, on nice days the view extends far into the mountains and down into the valley. And the swimming pool, much appreciated for many months. And yet it's not far to the village - if you're looking for entertainment.

Arrival
Coming from the north on the A22 Brenner motorway to the Bozen Süd exit, then continue in the direction of Meran on the expressway to the Eppan/Weinstrasse exit. Continue in the direction of Kaltern to Unterplanitzing, then turn right to Oberplanitzing. From here it is approx. 400 m to our house.
