The farm
The South Tyrolean Erbhof farm is located at an altitude of 1,070 meters above sea level on a sunny slope. The mighty summit of the 2,563 m high Schlern forms the fantastic backdrop to your farm holiday. Enjoy the view of the impressive mountain, which is one of the symbols of South Tyrol, from the balcony of your holiday apartment in Seis or from the large sunbathing lawn.

Coming from the south, take the Bozen Nord motorway exit and then follow the country road in the direction of Seiser Alm. Drive through Völs and follow the road in the direction of Seis/Kastelruth. Our entrance is on the left after Seis.
Coming from the north, take the Klausen motorway exit and follow the country road in the direction of Waidbruck, then in the direction of the Schlern area/Seiser Alm and then in the direction of Kastelruth. At the roundabout near Telfen, take the first exit in the direction of Seis. Our entrance is on the right-hand side before Seis.
