The farm
Our farm is located in Schreckbichl, a hamlet of the wine village of Girlan. Our landscape is characterized by vineyards and apple trees. So it is not surprising that the Valtlhof is a fruit and wine-growing business. Paul, the farm owner, runs the Valtlhof together with his son Thomas. After an impressive hike, our guests like to end the day by the sunny pool with a fantastic view of the mountains.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Arriving via the Brenner Pass: Take the A22 Brenner autobahn to the Bozen-Süd exit. Keep left after the toll station and take the MeBo expressway in the direction of Meran. After the tunnel, take the Eppan exit. Then turn left to Girlan and after 1 km turn right. Approximately 400 m after the train tracks turn left towards Girlan. After about 4 km turn left and follow the blue sign for Schreckbichl. After about 1 km you will see the white sign for the village of Schreckbichl, then turn right for another 10 m and turn right again - here is the entrance to our farm.
Approaching via Reschen: Drive along the Reschenbundesstraße road until just before Meran, continue along the MerBo expressway to the Eppan exit. Exit there, then turn right to Girlan and follow the description above.
