The farm
Our farm is at 1325 m a.s.l. in the hamlet of Ties, a suburb of Campill, in the heart of the Dolomites near the Puez-Geisler Nature Park, in a very quiet location. It is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes.
Cows, pigs and chickens, cats and a dog are part of the farm's livestock.
Working in the barn requires an early start to work: barn cleaning, feeding and milking are the main tasks.
However, the daily work on the farm changes depending on the season: in spring the meadows are fertilized and the gardening is done. In summer the meadows are cultivated, with machines making the work easier. Harvesting takes place in autumn and wood is chopped for the winter. In nature and on the farm there is a few months of hibernation.

Take the Brixen/Pustertal exit on the Brenner motorway and drive to St. Lorenzen, where you turn right into the Gadertal valley. Continue to St. Martin in Thurn and in the direction of Campill. Our house is 1.5 km before the village center of Campill.
