The farm
We look forward to sharing our beautiful spot with you for the duration of your vacation. The very sunny and quiet location, the wonderful view, the beautiful outdoor pool with sunbathing lawn, the children's playground and our beautiful garden with various terraces and seating areas offer something special for everyone. Our two bright, very spacious and well-kept holiday apartments are very well equipped and can accommodate two to five people. In addition to the commercial cultivation of apples, there are many other fruits to snack on around the house. We process part of it into delicious fruit spreads and juices. We also keep a few bee colonies that provide us with valuable honey. In our family business, top-quality apples grow on very steep terrain. The company is managed and controlled according to the strict and sustainable rules of integrated production (Agrios) and Global Gap.

You will find the Unterwegerhof above Lana, in the picturesque village of Völlan.
From Lana (MeBo expressway: Meran Süd exit), drive approx. 3 km in the direction of the Gampenpass, then turn right towards Völlan and after approx. 1.5 km turn right at the “Völlan” place-name sign into the Rateiserweg. After another 1.5 km you will find our house on the right-hand side.
