The farm
Our farm is a fruit farm and Bioland member. We have been growing our apples according to strict organic guidelines since 2017. A wide variety of apple varieties are grown, such as Ambrosia, Braeburn, Gala, Golden Delicious, Pinova and Stark Delicious. The time of the apple blossom in spring and the harvest in autumn is particularly beautiful, but also very labour-intensive.
The Rösslhof is located on the outskirts of Latsch in Vinschgau. Shops, bars and restaurants can be easily reached in about 10 minutes on foot, by bike or by car.
