We, the Holzer family, live on the Premstlhof and together we do the work on the farm with 4-5 dairy cows, young cattle, calves, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, dogs and cats.
Our steep meadows are mowed twice a year. So that we can harvest this valuable fodder for the winter in the meantime, our cattle and sheep go to the alpine pasture in summer. Our grandfather Sepp has been spending the summer months there with the dogs for more than 30 years now as a shepherd and cowherd. A visit to the alpine pastures offers the opportunity for very nice excursions and hikes.
