The farm
You can enjoy some peace and quiet, mountain views and lots of hours of sunshine on our inherited farm in the village of St. Nikolaus in Ulten valley - in winter too.
Relax on cool days in our new sauna made from arolla pine wood or pamper yourself with our wellness options.
Sports fans can go on walks and go mountain biking from the farm in summer and in winter.
Skiers can get to Schwemmalm ski slopes via the ski route just 1 km away.

Arrival
If you are coming from the Bolzano-Meran expressway, then exit in the direction of Lana or Meran Süd, drive to Lana and follow the signs for Ultental to the village of St. Nikolaus/Ulten.
Drive to the village center and follow the signs for Grubberg/St. Moritz to the top left. After two hairpin bends, continue for approx. 1 km and you will reach the Oberhof with a large inscription on the garage.
